Wailord is the biggest of all Pokemon. It also has the highest base HP in the TCG, even exceeding EX levels. However, at the moment it won't take off. At least not until Blastoise is released in Cold Flare. It also needs Victini to effectively attack. This is just one of those good-not-great Pokemon. I think it could be the Poor Man's Keldeo EX just as a fun League deck.

Well, that's what noobs say. If this has 200 HP, why can't Jigglypuff have 100 HP? Huh?

Anyway, great HP, Heavy Ball searchable, and decent Fliptini partner. Once Blastoise from BW6 comes out, this card will be an absolute monster in the leagues.

8/10 Really cool to see 200 HP on a Wailord again.

Hate to sound like a broken record, but its waiting for Blastoise from the next set; the ability to flood it with Energy (pardon the pun) and abuse Max Potion can offset the unfortunate Weakness.

Looks like a fun card for the most part, but who knows, maybe with Blastoise it'll make a "splash" after the next set.

In one of the games I played at my pre release my opponent had a wailord fro an active pokemon. And I was 40 damage away from winning. I had a Gothitelle as my active. And he won. But over all I love he card. i mean 200 HP! That is more than all the pokemon EX's.

I fondly remember this card at my last prerelease when I whaled (pun intended) all over the most experienced player there who was smugly playing their Giratina EX and Hydriegon line. I got out Wailmer as a starter and evolved it second turn, stacking energies on it like crazy and took my six prizes by the time he got hydriegon and giratina up. It was awesome.

Anyway, the attack isn't great, but could be awesome with fliptini, second isn't that great. Still 200hp is amazing for a stage 1. 6/10
