Allows decks with multiple energy types to see play.

Empoleon/Terrakion/Stunfisk loves it.

Garchomp/Altaria loves it.

A few other decks can use it, too, but those are the two big ones.

Any deck running this energy also gets the option of using Emolga DRX to donk an opposing Swablu, or with a single pluspower, piplup, or anything with 30 HP.

The better of the 2 Blends, but still worse than Rainbow. In the current format it's all we have, though, so I'll give it a 7.5/10
