Lets see here, 110 HP is good for a stage 1, Fire weakness isn't too bad, Resistance is nice. RC is horrid. The first attack is pretty cool, will let you annoy your opponent by moving their energy to a different pokemon. Second attack is nothing special.

Overall rating 2/10

It could be pretty amusing in a fun deck, but it's really not strong enough to be good.
