The most simple, (fully) evolved, usable card I've seen since BW.
I can see it being a common attacker in keldeo-blastoise especially if your local matchup is more basics/stage1/stage2 decks than EX decks.
1 retreat cost, electric weakness is unfortunate but doesn't make much of a difference with 90HP. That 90HP makes it level ball-able and 60 dmg is 10 short of being epic but ah well.
I give it a 6/10!

And the picture is pretty cool, swimming in a castle moat! 7/10

Not too great in modified. Definitely good in limited, and being uncommon is great too. Also a good card for teaching beginners.

For a modified score, 4/10

How is this usable at all? Instead of having a Floatzel line with level balls, just play Kyurem. It's a basic, can tank with 130HP and outrage, and better fits the deck.

much easier turn-2 damage than kyurem and better at knocking out defending pokemon, not to mention wayyyy more searchable

More searchable how? You're not running any more than 1 or 2 level ball anyways, and you've got to search out 2 Pokémon instead of just 1.

As far as damage, 60 for :water::water: is MUCH worse than 30-180 for :water::water::colorless:. I can't belive you're even defending a Pokémon that can't even tank a hit from Darkrai and doesn't even have free retreat AND isn't a basic. It's not even the best Stage 1 water attacker; Starmie hits 50 for :water:, Beartic has Sheer Cold, Slowbro 80 for :water::colorless:, and Wailord is Wailord.

I can't even believe I'm having to explain why Kyurem is better than Floatsel... :nonono:
