PokePop says amusing things in threads this card is involved in. Not that he isn't always saying something witty. This card just seems to bring that out more.

For the card, that it can attack T1 is scary, but then you realize that it isn't OHKOing anything too critical, compared to a T1 Night Spear from a Darkrai EX that hits two pokemon.
 
I will say that this card still has lots of options, as far as ways to play a deck with it go. I didn't say playable, high level options (ha ha) but there are plenty of ways that a key Lugia drop can win a game with good ol' rescue out of nowhere.
6.5/10, I give a .5 because the ability really is good.

Not as good now, but I still think it's good. It can only attack a few times, but smart players can pick just the right time to attack and get the most out of this. Colorless typing gives it more splashability and with colress Machine, it' possible to get a turn one plasma gale.
