So far, when using this on tcgo, it's a really nice bench pokemon. its nice being able to retreat freely when stones are elsewhere, and when push comes to shove, you can auto sleep if need be.

Sure, Keldeo + Float Stone completely outclasses this, and saves card slots, but if you are running an Eevee deck, enjoy.

6/10.

Eevee deck quality: 8/10

Nice to get a free eeveelution rc..but kinda slow to attack but luckily can use DCE.. during pre-release i lost to a kid using Glaceon which kept killing my pokemon by sleeping them.. 7/10

Not a bad addition to the plasma toolbox. Anything that eases retreating is good. Most plasma pokemon have 2 retreat so this is essentially a Dark Cloak for plasma pokemon. 2 of these can make it so that even Snorlax can retreat for free.

Now I know Keldeo/Float stone is much better and almost makes this useless, BUT if you're playing plasma pokemon (especially plasma Eeveelutions) this can't hurt. At the very least, you have a free retreater that can put an opponent to sleep in a pinch.

If it had higher HP, I could see this card getting some use in competitive play, but because of its lacking 90 hp, it will most likely only be in fun decks.

5/10
