2/10. And that's being nice because it's an evolving basic.

60HP is average for an evolving basic. Virbank/Laser or Landorus will be the death of this, but against plasma decks, it will take 3 Deoxys or 2 and a laser for Thundurus or Kyurem to donk you.

Growl is a mediocre defensive attack. It might save you for a turn, but that's assuming they don't just switch out.

Quick attack is even worse. Even the base set Eevee could 30 damage when flipped heads so this would have been considered weak even by those standards. I should mention that this was a time when anything that did 60 damage or more was considered broken.

Bottom line, stick to the other Eevee of the set. That one at least has an attack to help it evolve. This is just crap.

That's a frikkin cute Eevee. 10/10 on art; 2/10 on the mediocrity vs the Signs of Evolution one.

I actually prefer this Eevee over the other one. The other one can help but if you're forced to attack with it you usually need to survive. Growl is great against Hammerhead, reducing damage done to the active (stopping the OHKO) AND the bench. If this is during the few couple of turns of the game, your opponent likely won't have the resources to switch into a new Landorus.

Of course, you can also argue you're trading a prize for an eeveelution with the other one. I'm not sure eeveelution decks are all that competitive, but I would say changing Hammerhead's output from 90 damage on the field to 30 is a big deal even if there's a chance they will get out of it.
