Arguably has better attacks but has a lot less 'deck potential'. Could be decent for something like a theme deck but not much more. 4/10

I don't like this one much. Elongating arms is a pretty good first attack, but crazy slap is too flippy, can't OHKO any EXes and is made worse by so many pokemon having psychic resistance. Gets some points due to the plasma support and reasonable attack costs, but if I'm making a deck around Cofagrigus, I'd use the ability one.

Crazy Slap. It's like a Hurricane Punch or a Thundering Hurricane

Use it with Victini to reflip.

Again, weakness is a problem. Probably should have had a resistance of some kind.
