So, do you ever hope that your favorite Pokemon gets the Plasma treatment? Well, you're in luck with this card. With it, you can make ANYTHING a Team Plasma Pokemon. In other words, it gets all of the support of the Plasma Engine AND all of the support from its original type. That alone is enough to make this card powerful enough to play in most decks.

9/10 is the rating to give it. Only problem it that it is a tool so it could get Tool Scappered.

Surprised it doesn't see more play. This + Colress Machine = T1 Goldbreaker, power blast, or rock tumble. You also give any pokemon a boost from Deoxys. Very good.
