I'm going to be a part of a 2v2 tournament in a couple of weeks, and am unsure about how a few different situations should be ruled, if they arise.
If someone has a Garbodor on their bench, and attaches a tool card to it, would all four players be unable to use any Abilities?
I assume that this would be the same ruling, but if someone plays a N, should all four players shuffle their hands in?
Assume that Player A and Player B are playing on a team against Player C and Player D. Player A knocks out one of Player C's Pokemon, before passing to Player C's turn. Could Player C use Terrakion's Retaliate to deal 90 damage to any of Player B's Pokemon?
Finally, if someone has no cards left in their deck. would they be able to play a Level Ball from their hand? I know that the deck is not supposed to be public knowledge, but would that change when it's also public knowledge they have no deck left?
