The travel allowance will be given on Friday, July 6 th, between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. and for one-hour after Swiss rounds on Saturday, July 7 th, at the Pokémon TCG Tournament Headquarters in the TCG Hall. Photo ID of the player or the player’s parent/guardian will be required to collect your travel allowance.

wasn't all this info in the paperwork recieved when you won states? i can't imagine that it wouldn't have been...
