I will be hosting the 3rd Annual Professor Cup Challenge side event, that anyone can play in.
The challenge will start after the swiss rounds end for Masters.
Prizes for top players in an all ages swiss pairing tournament.
Below are the rules for deck construction:

Rules for Deck Construction
1. Only cards from the HGSS set on may be used. Black Star Promo Cards numbered HGSS01 and higher will be allowed.
2. Only Pokémon of a single type may be used in a deck, INCLUDING colorless.

Additional Rule: "I choose you!"
1. Before drawing their initial hand, players will search their deck and place 1 basic Pokémon face down in front of them as their Active Pokémon. Players will then shuffle their deck and draw 6 cards. At that time they will be able to place up to 5 Basic Pokémon on their bench, set aside Prize cards, and determine who goes first as usual.

Any questions PM me.

Can you use cresselia\darkrai legend in a psychic deck, or does it break rule number two?

Dual type pokemon can go in either deck, psychic or dark in this example.

other tid bits:
This format does exclude certain pokemon.
examples: Eevolution (basic is colorless while evos are other types), Scizor (scyther grass, scizor metal).

Colorless is a type, so you can have an all colorless pokemon type deck.

The energy for these 60 card decks can be any type, despite that the pokemon all have to be one type.
example: a deck can have 4 DCE, 2 rainbow, 5 fire, and 5 lightning or 16 fire in an all fire type pokemon deck.
