All those who were on the waiting list have received a personal message with their long awaited confirmation. Even then we will be able to register a few more participants, but promocards (which we hopefully get from TPCi) can only be provided while supplies last.

Thank you for your patience, we did our best and are gratefull to venue holder and our sponsors for their generous gesture to raise the capacity! :thumb:

Nice to see an event in Europe getting numbers like this. I really hope you guys can push this event and others like it as well as Regionals and Nationals have been pushed over here. It'll be nice to have multiple events across multiple continents pulling 4 digit attendance numbers, wouldn't it? ^_^
 
I just realised this is one day before my first test at university so I probably cant be there :/
Maybe if I'm confident enough in my studying but right now it doenst look too good :/
 
I heard the number 220 being thrown around, that seems the most likely number now.
This event is gonna be great.
 
No, there will be no higher Top-cut.

The finals will be quite late already with this number of players in an one day tournament.
 
Which is a pity, there'll probably be 7-1 players missing the cut if I read my calculations right.
Oh well. Offer 'bout Utrecht League still stands, if you feel like dropping by at my league (10 minutes walk from the train station) drop me a note, its open on Friday.
 
Ya why not just limit the number of entrants if you arent able to expand the number of (top cut) rounds? This way there are 130+ players in one age category playing for Top 8, which is... pretty ridiculous imo.
 
They got complaints about people not able to enter, so they open up for more players. But due to schedule issues they have to restrict to Top 8, so they get more crap.
Honestly guys, it'll be tough but worth it. At least that's my point of view. While I too would like a bigger top cut, consider the time and budgetary issues. I for one know that the location hired is far from cheap, and letting the tournament end by midnight will make it hard for people to get home, the last trains to certain parts of Holland depart at 30 past Midnight from Utrecht.
This coming from someone who lives in the city itself.
 
Just go X-0 and you'll be fine.

I don't understand. The number of entrants is increased and you complain about the top cut . sheesh where's that nonono.
 
I dont see why a Top16 Cut

First the Time for this is not much
Second Im very happy that more players can play there
Third with 120 Players in a Last Chance Qualifier you cant say We cut to 16 or this is the main Problem of the Organisators Side

Im happy that 5 Players from germany and switzerland can play there
we was last registrated and now i have become this happy answer :D
