6k sheet ended era

i know someone was going to donate a sheet to a hospital to a sick kid that was not going to live long.if its the same donation same hospital same kid same sheet then the sheet was the vaporeon/kangaskhan sheet.


EDIT-it was the vaporeon/kangaskhan sheet crosplat was going to sell it to me but then donated it to the hospital.
so we now know what sheet it was.

thats an also possibility.those fossil sheets are everywhere those fossils are like michael jackson items they are all over the place.

If I had to guess I'd say it was probably the Fossil one. From what I've heard they are the most common so more likely to be donated.

If it was the same as the one that was on eBay then extra kudos to the person for not trying to cash in while these sheets are in the public eye.

originaly i was supposed to buy it but thats ok im not mad.but it was better off to charity.
you made the right choice giving it away to a kid that is really in need.:thumb:
anyways i have 3 of those anyways and im gonna get about 2 more by the end of the year making 5 jungle sheets total.

sounds charitable of you but yet altogether selfish in away.you would buy his sheet then donate yours then just find another fossil because there every where so in a way it does sound selfish because your making sure whatever best feeds your need before the fact of a sick kid trying to smile.:rolleyes:

Its not selfish. I wouldnt track down another Fossil because I have no need for more than one uncut sheet.
And Vaporeon happens to be my favourite pokemon.

Crazy dont tell people they are selfish you want every sheet out there and you have made that very clear through all the desperate pms sent to me about getting connections and all the partial insults that you throw everyones way, and dont even throw a single stone at real collectors. I have put so much time and effort into collecting japanese promos trophies and still do, and i would not want doubles of each card as you do with your sheets. In an ideal world that is not entirely realistic i would want every trophy card and japanese promo, but this is not realistic, so i dont get bent about it if it does not happen.

Anyway back to what should be talked about the topipc of this thread, the sheet ended, noone paid that outrageous price for it because it is worth 200 max, i dont even know in this economy if i would waste 200 on that sheet. But lets keep the discussion about the sheet rather than who thinks who is more charitable, and the answer to that is The person who daontes is probably more charitable than the person who does not.

Don't give up on the dream Scott. You could easily get them all. All that has to happen is that Mozz, Will and the Silvestros stop collecting :tongue:

If we went by past sales the sheets are worth alot less than that, considering what certain others paid for them, the test sheets that is.
 
yeah i know im up there with them, maybe a bit higher since my japanese promos are completed, and mozz sells a lot, but yeah i am not going to stop collecting anytime soon, the trophy cards are just a big hill to get over, mainly cuz of the prices
 
Scott has way more cards than I do, so he is a bigger collector than I, its just that he and others can't lay claim to having Gem-10 trophy cards, in that arena I am very unique.

Yes past sales of uncut-sheets have in my memory never excelled $350 and when it was that high it was usually groups of uncut sheets or what have you, not one by itself.

Yeah, Gem trophy cards are always nice.
He might have some though, just never had them graded lol.
Maybe one day I'll be up with the top collectors, if I ever make the switch from English to Japanese.

But Will, I was talking about the amount crazy paid for the test sheets lol. If we use those prices as a guide they are worth alot less lol.
 
yeah you could dj, japanese collecting is real collecting, I mean it is good to get all the english but i know the top english collector, and for me at least it is a very small arena compared to the japanese cards, espcially the promos and tournament promos, there are loads more in the japanese realm.
 
Well currently Im working on getting all Wizards of the Coast promos, which I'm going to finish before anything else because I think it will be a nice milestone in collecting.
After that I might branch out and still collect English promos such as POP cards and Prereleases and stuff but also go for some Japanese promos.
I have half of the "T" promos so might go for getting all of those...

LOL yeah if what crazypokemon claims to be true about how much he paid for which I believe he did tell the truth then that uncut sheet that was up on ebay was like 6,000% higher in price.
 
I think that crazy probably was telling the truth. I doubt he would have shelled out lots per sheet after some of the things we've seen....

when i prove it then you know its true.

So it's false about all the sheets we havent seen pics of?
And false that you got them for a stupidly low price?
 
im sick of proving things to you people.
believe whatever you want to believe.
i do have 10 more sheets that i plan on puting up soon.
hopefully by this weekend it will be up.
im puting it up because some people actualy like seeing my sheets.
so here is a tip if you dont like to see my sheets then dont visit my threads.its simple as that you dont liek sheets then dont see my threads and dont comment on them.
so next time you see my thread is up then dont visit.
as for anyone else that enjoys seeing my sheets i thank you and welcome you to see my next and final thread.

I do enjoy viewing your threads for some good laughs, so will each uncut sheet have unique threads of its own and each one of those threads have a commentary thread commentating on each uncut sheet thread and are you planing on having any advertising in the New York Times about your uncut sheets, I'm sure it would make front page.

Yeah, I know infraction points will likely be given to me for breaking several rules for just having fun.

Oh its not the New York Times. He has much bigger plans.
He's going to go into the Pokemon Centre and just tell them his name so they will hook him up with some sheets.

Despite the place not having anything to do with the place that produces cards.
