I am really unsure at this time. Really depends on what I'm trading them for but maybe between $4-7 (Can't find anyone selling these atm)? PoP 9 packs are 3.50 but it doesn't have the High End payout chance as 5....
Only need 1 Dialga EX FA for collection, and didn't see anything that I need at this time for it. Will keep an eye on your thread in the future tho!

Getting a Mew EX in trade, and am not sure at the moment if I need one more. I value the packs between $4-7 right now, based on PoP 9 selling for 3.75 on ebay atm and that series is blech. Also not sure as to where to value it, cause it changes a lot (July had some sell for $15 apparently...) Really it depends on the offer/what I'm getting in return as to where I truly value them.
