Hello, Recently got back into pokemon and have been trying to slowly improve this deck. I've replaced a lot of cards from when I first built it, and just would like a few suggestions and what to take up the last few places.

Here's the list:

Pokemon:
3-2-3 Blastoise (Platinum)
2-2 Delcatty (Platinum)
2-2 Claydol (Great Encounters)
1 Crobat G - (Usually I've gotten lucky and been able to double KO basics, and things like Claydols and Uxies with the Help of this)

Energy:
13 Water
1 Call Energy - (I got used to playing without a Call energy at all in this deck, having it is nice, but It's still pretty consistent even when I don't start with it.)

Trainers:
{Stadiums} - (One problem i run into, is that I'm helping my opponent with BTS, I don't have anything to dump the BTS after I'm done using it, and don't know what/if I should add something for this reason.)
2 Broken Time-Space (I tend to get the evolutions pretty quick, or just all the Pokemon at once, they help getting the pokemon evolved quick, or later in the game with a SSU)

{Supporters}
2 Felicity's Drawing - (Helps with Discarding energy early in the game, and to get the chuck of cards I need to get started)
2 Bebe's Search - (To get the single pokemon when i need it, usually an Evolution)
2 Roseanne's Research - (To get the single pokemon when I need it, usually a Basic, rarely an energy)

{Trainers}
4 Poke Drawer + (I hardly, if ever, get these out early, and I often end up using these in the late game for Life Herbs, Rescues, SSU, and Poketurns)
2 Life Herb - (Blastoise has alot of HP, and can take a few Hits, Life Herbs and SSU help keep him refreshed, also for Delcatty)
2 Warp Point - (Commonly used when I want to damage their active, as I like to use Double Launcher as much as possible)
2 Poke Turn - (Solely for Crobat)
1 Super Scoop Up - (Like Life Herb, also on a few occasions have used it as a Poke Turn)
1 Rare Candy - (Usually I am fine with getting Wartortle and BTS, this is Just in case)
2 Pokemon Rescue (For bad Luck with Dig Well)
3 Poke Radar - (Has really shined, and will on average grab 2-3 pokemon for me)
1 Luxury Ball - (Usually an Evolution)

Strat:
Usually I try to focus on Double Launcher. I try to get out 2 Blastoises, 2 Delcatty, and a Claydol. This way, I can Power Circulation 4 Energy a Turn, Dig Well 3 and Draw 1 Next turn. I'm Discarding 4 a turn with 1 Double Launcher and 1 Retreat (to bring out a new Blastoise). I usually Aim to go for the small basics when they bring them out, and supports like Claydol/Uxie. I try to stay away away from their big attackers, just to much HP to go through, and I never really have enough energy in play for Aqua Press

Currently there are 3-4 open spots for cards, and I just want to adjust some things with the new Arceus Cards that came out.

Ideas to add:
1-1 Lickylicky (Platinum) - With Bench Shield out, Double Launcher Fails, Harrumph can get rid of the Bench Shields
1 to 2 Bench Shields - With Delcatty damaging itself, it's an easy target, hopefully the shield will save it from Spreaders/Snipers.
1-1 Shedinja - I don't know yet how popular Arceus will be, but sacrificing him for 40 damage on all his Arceus might be worth it. (Haven't tried this yet)
Another Crobat
Another SSU
Another Candy
That's about all I've come up with so far, anything you guys could add would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Current additions:
-1 Life Herb
+ 1 SSU
+1 Roseanne's
+1 Unown G
+1 Rare Candy

When Delcatty damages itself, maybe you might consider a 1-1 Blissey. That way, you can discard energy and heal Delcatty too..I don't know...Up to you...Blascatty is very difficult to build. Oh, I would take away the Life Herbs for another SSU and Rare Candy. Tails would definitely waste some space...Anyway, SSU is much better compared to Life Herb since it can remove all damage counters but Life Herb removes 6..so... You can get the cards you picked up and put it back down with some help from BTS...Hope these helped

4 Rare Candy would help a lot, as would more Roseanne's and Bebe's. Without Unown G, Flygon Lock and Gengar will kill this deck, so add one or two in. And a Uxie might help with early-game setup.

There are some situations that I would rather use Life Herb than an SSU, but I do agree that SSU is overall better, so I can take out 1 Life Herb and add an SSU.

With my playstyle, I often don't even use the one Rare Candy that i have, but with both of you suggesting that I add some, I guess I could try to add one more in for now.
I have battled a Flygon and a Gengar, and didn't do too bad, but I agree that an Unown G would have helped, so I'll add one of those. I don't like starting off with these basics that I can't use right away, so I probably won't add a second one, or an Uxie for now.
I don't have a 3rd Bebe's right now, But I'll try another Roseanne's.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I really appreciate the help!

Pokemon - 24
4-3-4 Blastoise (pl)
2-2 Delcatty (pl)
1-0-1 Metagross (sv)
2-2 Claydol (ge)
1 Uxie (la)
2 Unown G (ge)

Trainers - 23
1 Cynthia's Feelings
1 Roseanne's Research
2 Felicity's Drawing
2 Bebe's Search
3 Broken Time-Space
4 Rare Candy
1 Victory Medal
4 Poke Drawer +
1 Luxury Ball
2 Super Scoop Up
1 Time-Space Distortion
1 Night Maintenance

Energy - 13
13 Energy

This is my build, it's incredibly consistent and has very reliable tournament record. Please feel free to take any ideas from this, for example, I highly recommend the Metagross (sv) to decrease everyones HP to leave Claydol/Uxie/Crobat G open to one hit kills.

A 1-1 blissy line will really help here. Being able to heal your delcatty will help you get all the cards you need. Crbat G, isn't really a pokemon that you would add in blascatty, but i see why you would use it. Try to amp up your Squirtle line 4-2-3. Thats just a personal preference.
