A few questions...

1. If I knock out an Abomasnow SF with my Magmortar SW's Fireball Bazooka, will I able to do 20 damage to two benched Pokémon?

2. I have Heatran Lv. X in play, and my opponent's active Bronzong MD is burned. The body of Bronzong will KO Heatran Lv. X between turns. Will Bronzong's burn flip be treated as tails anyways?

3. And what about if both would get KOed: Bronzong from burn and Heatran Lv. X from the body?

4. And if only Bronzong would get KOed, what would happen?

1. No. All damage is done at the same time.

2. Knock Outs are not checked for between turns until all effects are resolved, so the flip is still tails.
