I'd just like a few things clarified. There's a tournament this Sunday at a local store, I think, and would like to make sure that I'm playing right. I looked in the rule book, but it doesn't clarify much (or anything at all, for that matter).
The first thing concerns trainer cards. You pick 3 at setup, correct? Is there a limit on how many copies of a card I can use? Like, would I be able to tote along 3 Max Revives, or multiple copies of X-accuracy?
The next thing is sort of simple. Does your own goal count as a space? In other words, you pass it and use up one MP, correct? And that would imply that I can park a Pokemon right on my own goal to protect it, meaning that my opponent MUST battle/surround my defender? The way that I assumed was that you couldn't stay on top of your goal, but could protect your goal by occupying adjacent spaces.
I seriously hope that you can have multiple trainers and that you can sit on your own goal. Because that would make the team of figures I have assembled into a team much more effective. I would assume so, as the rule book doesn't say that you can't, but it also doesn't state that you can.
