Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

A Nintendo CCG - besides Pokémon?

Doesn't anyone agree with me, though? That (unique) character driven card games are stifling? Stuff that is open ended, with total control given to you, can bring in more creativity. That's why i have high hopes for Duel Masters (just fix the wacky names), but i think the cartoon might have been a bad idea in the long run...

...anyways...

...look at Magic, i think that game has been so great because there are only a few unique characters (legends) and everything else is easily able to mass up. So how are you going to say, i attack you with my three Zora Links? Stuff like, I'll attack you with my four Goron Brutes makes more sense. That's why i would only support a game where they dont allow you to be any of the heroes of the games as like a DBZ personality.

A game with the engine of Magic, where you play creatures to attack, and not DBZ kinda stuff where you "are" a character, would be great. But looks like im alone in this idea.

Hmm... another Nintendo TCG eh? A SSB TCG would be kinda intresting... I developed one of my own a while back (a rulebook complete with two decks)... perhaps I should submit my idea to Nintendo? [shrugs]

Who would handle Organized Play? Would POP soon change to NOP? Eh... I think they'd have to get the rinkles out of the Pokemon OP structure before seeking another game ^^

Intersting survey. Personally, i think Fire Emblem would make a great strategy Card game.

But since we are talking about Game related card games, I have heard that Sega might be making a CCG version of Phantasy Star Online Episode 3. Now that would be interesting. Choosing a Story Character, giving it weapons/monsters (depending on what group the character belongs to), putting in action and assit cards, and then actually trying out the deck. *sigh*

But either way, I think Fire Emblem has enough units to make a good card game out of. Have the heroes as Rare Holographic cards... Have rarities for the different cards... the would be sw33t :D

well whatever they choose, i hope they will be able to utilize that e-Reader! That's why i bought mine! As a bonus for buying Pokécards! And then they got rid of the mini games. What's next? No dots at all? They really need to get those brilliant little gems back.

Well, there's a thought: if an e-Reader is to play a neccessary role in the card game (like generating effects, or determinined stuff), which brand would you then choose to be represented in a new card game?

In this case, i think it is a deathly close tie between Zelda and Golden Sun. Any ideas?
