Besides making ignorant, rude remarks about my girlfriend in Georgia and mocking an 11 year old with a hearing problem at today's Illinois CC, accusing Matt Alvis or any of my friends who are some of the the most fair, sportsmanlike players in the game is another way to make sure you don't make many friends at tournaments. I've never seen someone brag about rudely waking up people they don't even know at a hotel room. You should really think more next time before you say or do something at a tournament.

I'm assuming you dropped a 5-1 because of the threat the top-cut players posed to your rating. ...Or were there enough people that you wouldn't have topped with a 5-1?
 
You have a bit of growing up to do, Christian. I did not try to stall you out, and I appreciate everyone for defending me. But that is neither here nor there. My real problem is your immature, ignorant, and unwarranted comments referenced by Jason. I didn't hear anyone making fun of you or your lifestyle, now did I? Try and show a little more respect...

I also didn't find it very funny being woken up at 4:30 AM.

I played Matt 2 times and Rob once, and ALL 3 times they never played slow or fast; consistent the whole game. 2 of the nicest guys I have met. Both times I lost and not because of time, and they even played it out and helped me to see if there was a way for me to have made a comeback or win:thumb:. Would love to play guys like these ALL the time!
 
I've played Alvis before at Nats '08 and never saw a change in his game pace, even when down on prizes. I do not think he was stalling and it actually makes me think less of an individual for insulting someone relatively well known in the community - oh the irony.

Making fun of someone's hair too? There's no excuse for that. Grow up. =/
 
also LOL@All sorts of people who weren't there using horrible logic to try to say Alvis didn't try to stall me out.

He won anyways. Who really cares? Is it that big of a deal?
