What do you think? Maybe it can be a usable combo against Gyrados? (Just get rid of dialga?)

This would just work against Gyara, if
°they don't play Luxray or something like that to get something different active
°they can't easily get rid of your Miasma Valleys
°they don't play Dialga G LV.X
°they don't play Combee
Then, but only then you could win against Gyarados.
Against every other Deck there would also be things like that....

Miasma Valley + Absol + Metagross= Nothing that isn't Grass or Psychic with 60 HP even touches the board.
Further more, SP Lv.X's, (notably Garchomp C Lv.X, who devestates the strategy), won't be able to Level up when you shoot it with Octillery. The only way to get around this is to bench 2 Garchomp C's in the same turn, but still, they are both a Spiritomb drop + Ninjask attack away from a 2 prize liabilty. It's a big set up with a big pay off.

If you're trying to specifically kill Magikarps, why not just use Miasma and Absol? It's easier to get out than a Stage 2.
