Primeape is a fun deck.

I run my Primeape deck with Machamp, Claydol, Chatot , Unknown G and Smeargle.
Use Lookers Investigation (on your opponent) & Poke' Turn in case the first time you lay down your Chatot fails to turn out any Pokemon. There is also 4 Poke Blower + in my deck, just in case I'm able to get lucky with Chatot.

I personally enjoy the 1-1-1 Dusknoir tech with 3 Warp Points!

Also, Absol is great as a starter fro Baleful Wind. Gets the discarding going early and you can play Stark to shift a Fighting back to Prime and Warp!

Just a few thoughts!!

GL!

Eevee14: Justin I'll think about it
rerobey: hmmmm that could work I'll playtest that 2
mrmechs:So u think that taking out the power spray and mayb a poketurn would work????

hey

It was a Absoul x and gallade x but amazingly i never played one level x card in the game the deck only hase sp pokemon in it houchicrow one of my favorits witch i reacked havic on him with it and froglass gl witch i love sending up claydoll with him

thepliskin5005: lol i prolly coulda won against u with the deck lol its sooo funny how mankey OHKO's absol g x and lux gl X lol

Box of Fail: ur probably right i dont really use brick break anyway... but i use mankey to OHKO the lv X's but im gonna test it with machamp as well which will then need more fighting energy

Here is a possible list for you:

pokemon:25
4-4 primeape SV
2-2 claydol GE
2-1 uxie lv X
3 chatot G
1-1-1 Dusknoir
2 unown g
2 Absol

Trainers/supporters:24
4 roseanes
4 bebes
2 palmers contribution
4 poketurn
3 warp point
1 NM
2 VS seeker
2 stark mountain
1 Luxury Ball

NRG:11
6 fighting
3 Upper
2 Call

I would try that if your going for the complete discard. Warping Flygon X back and Palming it is critical on that matchup! Upper is also a big + against SPs and Bees. Drak Palm does Help on the Bees matchup, but they setup quickly so keeping them in the deck/ discard is important and Absol helps with that Turn 1!

GL and hope it works!!

thnx mrmeches: ill try it out but idk if its gonna work ive been testing and it gets pwnd by some sp decks i think i need machamp in their somewhere too or ill just make machamp something else lol cause primeape is very good yes but not late game

Instead of infernape you could use machamp with relicanth and memory berry. There might not be enough room though.

Another option would be to go with a 2-2-2-2 Flygon X line! Helps with the continued discard and gives you some help with the SP matchup!

Remember, discarding their critical trainers early game with Ape is important. The guy around here that plays it gets it going a discard as much of the setup cards he can! Candy, Night Maintenance, Search cards, he eats them!!

GL with it!!

what do u mean by discarding trainers with ape??? how??? and 2-2-2-2 flygon lv X line mite work but where am i gonna get 2 flygon X -_- lol idk ill try but i think rite now my best bet is machamp as when i face SP decks i can OHKO the ones without unown g and if they have unown g then no energy gain so more time to figure something out :D btw whats so good about relicanth again and do u mean the SV one???

Relicanth #79/147 SV is overrated at best. "Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 30 damage to that Pokémon for each Pokémon Tool and Stadium card your opponent has in play." for one fighting energy.

That's a nice attack if you can get it but I play toolbox allot and I never have that many Tool's or stadium's out it's just not worth the trouble since I can poketurn an ape up and put the tool back down on the one on my bench. Plus Relicanth only has 80hp and doesn't have a decent secondary attack *and* it has a 1 retreat cost.

~~

I wonder if he's confusing Ape with Abzol G.X ? That would make more since.

No confusion, just 2 Apes in the deck! Primeape... Chatot G drop, place important trainers on top, Top Drop. Doesn't matter if your doing no damage as this just helps with Upper Energy. Early Discards hurt your opponent especially trainers that are needed... Gains, Cyrus, Maint. etc.

Relicanth isn't as good as many ppl are finding out. Machamp is a nice option, but now you have 2 P weak pokes which makes Gengar love you more! Have you considered Mamoswine SF?? Might be intersting and SP decks have a hard time with koing Big pokes!!

GL!!

oh i didnt see the for every stadium and tool part lol thats REALLY good lol and yes 2 psychic weak pokes but gengars mainly about damage counters and as long as i keep my hand free from trainers and supporters i should b ok against them and yes i should add something to counter so let me look at some pokemon that could b possible counters and ill edit the list and u can tell me how it looks

Well I highly doubt Ima drop darkrai g I mite drop some memory berry for egain though cause unless I have darkrai g (or some other dark pokemon that can ko gengar with one hit and not die from gengars power cause of the damage counter from darkrais body any other dark suggestions would help cause without that gengar will PWN me
