Acerola - auch bei aktivem Pokemon?

Darf ich nach dem Ausspielen der Trainerkarte „Acerola“ (Lola) mein aktives Pokemon (mit Schaden) und allen angelegten Karten auf die Hand nehmen?
Falls ja, muss ich danach direkt ein neues aktives Pokemon ins Spiel bringen?

It doesn't say that the Pokemon has to be on the Bench so yes, you can pick up the active and all attached cards.
You would have to immediately put up one of your benched Pokemon as the new Active.
If you have no Benched Pokemon, you lose immediately
