Oookidoki. Let's see here.
Now, to [del]tear to shreds and hopefully[/del] fix the pokemon lists...
Okay, first off: change the pokemon count 'till you've got maybe 2 or 3 evolution lines. It'll then be easier to fit multiple copies of pokemon and then get them out reliably. I realize you intend to use Lightning to cover Fire's water weakness, but that seems like a rather shaky idea with the lines you currently have.
General advice:
Never run more stage 1s then basics. Bad idea. Bad. Bad. The count of 3 Manectric should be lowered to 2, while increasing one more Electrike (if you even want to stay with those)
If you have to run two different types of pokemon, for sanities' sake, please try to stick to pokemon that only need 1 energy of a certain color (IE: Manectric's a bad idea since it's got 3 energy needed, all lighting, in order to pull off it's good attack)
Try to keep the number of basics similar to the number of stage 1s. So while your Manectric count was way over the place, so is the Growlithe count. Shorten it to 2 or so, so you're not stuck with a relatively useless basic.
So review your pokemon and give us a better idea of what you want to play with...
Another highly important thing to work on is your trainer selection. Roseanne's Research is available in the Electivire Starter deck for Secret Wonders. Get copies of those cards, as it'll prove highly useful. Oak's Visit might also prove more useful for your deck, as you'll desire the extra draw power over the extra disruption.
Energy has a major issue: Double Colorless. Double Colorless? You mean that thing back from like Jungle? That's... Not quite useable in Modified, so if you want to play a game at Cities or something with a deck like this, Double Colorless won't be allowed to remain in the deck. Double Rainbow energy from Dragon Frontiers will prove highly useful in most decks with high energy costs and multiple types of energy needed. However... I personally don't like Double Rainbow in spreader decks (Which both Magmortar and Manectric do. Read their second attacks and you'll see what I mean). Scramble Energy (also in Dragon Frontiers) is usually a superior alternative, though it takes some practice to understand when to play that truely bizarre energy.
Anyway, try updating your list with a more solid pokemon lineup, and then people can see what you're trying to do and help you get those pokemon out :X
