After EF & DS What type of set should be next?

After these two series are released i think the next set should be island, jungle, or safari themed like some of the old school sets what do you think the next set should be like. Oh yeah a gym set would be nice too. Just for you to know im only a collector and only care about pretty looking cards.
 
You are looking way to far into the future.

If the games come out(probably won't), then they will probably come out with Pearl and Diamond(Think that is the name) for the TCG.
 
i think/ hope we see EF in january and the nex set after that in april, i dont think we will see diamond and pearl sets untill summer or fall of 06
 
May is close to summer, if EF doesn't come out in Janurary.(Three months apart)

Maybe EF will come out in Feburary, which will make it May when the next set comes out.(Summer almost)
Perfect Timming for them to come out with Diamond and Pearl Sets.
 
very good point i hope the dont come out with a "EX Diamond & Pearl" or something like that i really think those sets are kind of boring i like themed sets muched better i personally think ex emerald was the worst set ever and dont really like ruby and sapphire much except i really like the ex's from it same case with firered leafgreen
 
i liked it when it was more "theme" named instead of being named off the videogames s well.


anyways, D&P doesn't even have a release date or shown actual screens, Japan won't see it until late 2006 meaning fall/winter and we won't get it until early spring 2007.
 
I'd like to see gym-based themes again. Or hero based.

Introduce some cool characters, like the elite four. Lance, Agatha, all the Elite four people >_>
gym leaders, anything.
 
Tambien! I also want to see a gym leader or heros set. I still wait for the day to see a Ash's Pikachu card. (That might never happen).. Or i would want to see at least one more third gen set there are still alot of exs that have yet to come out yet.
 
Well I know that EX Delta is coming out next in America (DUH) then Illusive/Illusional/Eidoin (one of the names) Forest is After that. Of course POP2 is coming out. What I belive it will be is a Dark or Shadow kind of set for like Pokemon Colusiom XD, that would be cool :tongue: ! But what I really want to come out is a set based on a Tropical setting like a beach :biggrin: !!!
