Is magnetic call beldum still legal? If so, if u want to run metagross with him, run mag call beldums to search out basics.
 
Forretress works, Blastoise d works, Metagross Dx works and Nidoqueen works don't forget some memory berry if you use aron with flail and balloon berry or Swellow DF for a free retreat. I built a deck using Aggron Ex and with the free retreat you could bang at people all day. slow start up though.

Nope; afraid it isn't legal for Modified play.
 
Mawile (Cg) is probably the best starter available to all decks that run little or few delta basics and stage ones. Tauros (Cg) comes a close second.
Basically, either Mawile or Tauros would be the best starter for an Aggron Ex deck.

I can't tell you how many times I've had a fully hped t-tar ex or flygon ex d active and the opponet got enough heads with ray* to ko me...;/ I did that once to a dragonite ex d, but that was league...these were tournies. So if you have amazing luck, I would go with hp as well.
 
Aggro doesnt need to be powered up
Just drop him as your active, and they cant attack
If i could do first turn aggro with no energies in my hand, i would just so you wouldn't be able to attack
 
If only this happens all the time. 1st Turn Rare Candy with Memory Berry for Self Charge. In 2nd Turm, Aggron Ex is ready to do 30 Damage to 2 Different Pokemon other than Ative Pokemon. By 3rd Turn 100 damage
