1) I'm new; so I don't have many refs. Therefore I will only trade with people with a high number of refs until I establish my own.
2) I've been trading for 2 years; I have 100+ Refs on Pojo and 40 on Playtcgforums; don't think I don't know how to file mail fraud.
3) If I don't receive your end of the trade 3 weeks after confirming a trade, or 3 weeks after you receive my end, a negative reference will be given.
4) I'm not responsible for cards lost in the mail. I always try to send with Delivery Confirmation to be able to track cards, I HIGHLY suggest you do the same.
5) I expect your cards to be excellent condition and English unless otherwise noted.
I DO care about the condition of your cards, and shouldn't need to ask.
If you send me damaged cards without my prior knowledge and agreement, I will not happy at all.
6) We both reserve the right to back out of a trade without fear of consequence until both addressed are exchanged. At that time, I expect you to follow through with the agreement.
