Pretty simple question: does the 151 Alakazam ex take into account weakness and resistance when using its Dimensional Hand attack from the bench?
We've seen plenty of instances where attacks that do damage to the opponent's bench do not factor in weakness/resistance, but does this apply to attacking from the bench? Would a psychic weak pokemon in the opponent's active spot take the double damage from Dimensional Hand?
