Allergy Panic - Shred

My opponent has a active Black Kyurem EX with Crystal Wall attached. I use Shred with Rayquaza while Vileplume with allergy panic is in play.

Would I do 360 dmg or would I do 180 since the dmg is not affected by effects on the defending pokémon?

Please read the forum rules on outside scans.

But Shred would ignore the bonus damage from Vileplume and "just" do 180
