i dont recall there being a 29th month in the year. but none the less, i have thought of making a deck very much like this before with about the same build. from what i can tell it looks good. just remember that not all safegaurders are evolved, like wobbufett, lati lock does nothing to that.

metanite has a 75-25 win percentasge over you as they will kill you in 2 hits and they outspeed you.

Flariados will disrupt you and probably has atleast 60-40 over you

Any good Flygon list will beat you 80-20

Delta wil beat you 60-40 because of cessation crystal and zzap

Mewtric beats you 60-40 as you can't play trannies candies or windstorm.

the ledian d is great for grabbing the tech potion. you might not take me seriously, but a tech potion can help any deck. i'm not joking. it will heal your altaria ex 20 to prevent a 2hko from ray ex d or anything else that snipes the bench for 50. you can grab your rare candies with it if you need it, and you don't rely on bench space so that shouldn't be a problem. you can briney it to get something else again later. i run 1-1 ledian d in most of my decks. the potion will WIN YOU GAMES. the ledian also takes care of any of your opponent's pesky safeguarders that can mess you up, since latilock doesn't shut down wobbuffet anyway.

I've seen this kind of deck, with Alakazam*, but then if you prize it you're kinda lost...so I like the touch without it. Sally ex is powerful.

I also like Ledian d...I can't think of any other cards off the top of my head that let you search for any one card...or there's that Persian, but its attack isn't as good. Ledian helps you draw too...in Zach's post, swap the Switch for an Energy Root since it won't shut Ledian's power off. Good concept...I dunno about the matchups tho.
