Never heard from PUI about those packs...

As long as I know, the Celebi and Suicune promos were supposed to be available only with the "Lunchbox" Deoxys Tin... And, looking at the packages, they really don't look like official ones... Maybe a sort of 'gift pack' unofficially made?
Plus, it's really difficult to think that PUI really created a Value Pack with Sandstorm (!!!) packs...
 
aw...so...lame...
it all makes sense now. we AREN'T getting those new cool tins. we are getting..."special edition packs."
they have the same promos, but, they arent the best values. sure, we get the promos (which are already bad enough...), but, old packs? why? they need to get rid of them THAT badly? why couldn't we get the neat tins instead?
 
I knew about this about 5 Weeks ago but the information i got on them was different... i got that there would be "3-4 promos and they didnt know how many deck boxes there were" but i wasnt gonna share til i had all the facts... didnt want to spread rumors that werent true cause that gets peoples hopes up...

It is indeed very weird that we got a sandstorm booster in the value pack, since the modified format is already HL-on, I wonder why?

Yeah... they gave some of those away at GenCon SoCal during the raffle at the Nintendo/Pokémon Booth

I don't think you'd use a Zapdos ex for example to separate your cards...

BTW, I'm sure it would say theres a promo inside instead of a matching index card...
