Anatomy of a Fake Pokémon Card

There is a guy on eBay and his handle is mullins177 and he has several fake cards for sale. I told him that they were fake and asked him to take them down and he said that there not fake and to leave him alone. One of his cards has pokebeach.com on it. I'm adding two of the cards on here for you to see. Please tell me about the weird symbols on the card that he says are how he pulled them. Sorry tried to add pics but couldn't. If you go to his eBay site you will see what I'm talking about.
 
Hey I have a machamp card with no "name" at the top of the card. It just has Stage 2 / evolves from Machoke, under where the name is mean to be. Is this a fake or a misprint??
 
Without seeing a picture, my first guess is that it is a fake/counterfeit card.
I have not heard of this as a legitimate, known error.

Well, it's a small picture, but big enough to see that it is fake.
That is a Machamp Prime.
All Machamp Prime have a holographic border. That card has a yellow border.
Therefore it is a counterfeit card.
