Ancient Mew's name from a gameplay view

Not entirely sure if there is a format in which you can play Ancient Mew at the moment, but assuming there is: What is the name of Ancient Mew when it comes to determining other cards allowed in the deck? As in, can I play four "Ancient Mew" and four "Mew" in a deck (in all promotional material I know of the card is referred to as "Ancient Mew") or is Ancient Mew's name "Mew", as indicated by the runes on the card, which results in it counting towards the amount of "Mew" in the deck?

The name is "Mew" on the card. There is no "ancient" in the text.
I'd rule that the runes are a translation and therefore the same name as "Mew"
