An obvious clone of Magic Fat Packs, but this could be pretty cool dependant on price, and how exclusive these dice and condition markers are. If they are just normal dice and condition markers ill likely pass, but certainly an interesting idea. I feel Magic is more suited for this type of style though, with fewer "energy" and everything you pull in packs being pretty well playable by itself (no jank evolution lines to prevent you from using the cards you pull) but who knows.

I hope the player's guide is something like Magic's player's guide. If it is, I hope they go back and make them for older sets also.

I actually do like this, but not because of the energy.

Did I miss a release date? Hopefully before SPT to the Poison Marker can be put to good use.

PHB makes having that Poison marker necessary.

I'm definitely buying one of these, it sounds so awesome, the only thing that would make it better would be Lugia Sleeves to go with that deckbox :D

This going to be a great ressource for new players. Really excited to see the game branching out like this, hopefully it's not going to be a one-time thing, and the price wont be ridiculous.

The 7 packs in it means the price is gonna be a bit high. I'm guessing 40-50 bucks, won't really be too "Cheap" for new players, but we'll see.

Its about time the game got this. This is all I wanted for sure. It also shows they are listening to the players and learning from other games(MTG).

For the first time in a long time. Great job TPCi.:thumb:

40 or less any more is too much

MTG fat packs are $40 MSRP, and WoW TCG epic collections are $35 MSRP, so I'm thinking that this is around that ballpark. For sure it won't be $50, and will only be $50 only because a store owner marks it up because of low supply and high demand.

This is defiantly a great idea by TPCi that will appeal their younger and older audience. Simply the package itself will encourage kids to buy it, and if the dice are exclusive, a lot of collectors and competitive players alike will buy this as well.

I already planned on buying 2 boxes on Plasma Storm as my first Pokemon boxes. I guess I'll add this to my Plasma Storm wishlist as well.

I'm a happy camper to see something like this show up. Good for Pokemon! Hope to see more of this in the future!

As far as price, the 7 boosters would retail for about $28. I'm hoping to see this box retail for $30-35. Probably wishful thinking, but it would be really, really cool to see.

We have 8 energy types and 40 energy in this fat pack. Obviously 5 of each energy isn't enough to build a deck with so something needs to be left out.

I'm expecting 40-50 on price. A magic fat pack costs 40 and comes with 9 boosters. With the extra goodies in this pokemon box minus the price of packs you're probably going at least 40. Depending on the quality of the deckbox, that alone would be a draw.

I know.

35 is a good price, 30 is even better
