I used this list for my cities tournament and did ok with it, i really like playing this deck so im asking for help on what else to add, take out, etc.
i had 1 major problem with bench space and looking foward to fixing that.

-1 Skuntank (Didn't really help, never needed to use it)
+1 Bronzong G (wish i would have used to save spc. metals)
-1 Luxray GL
-1 Luxray GL Lv. X
-1 Lightning Energy
(Used them once and for the rest of the games i never had bench space for them)
-1 Uxie (LA) (Bench space problem, preffer using claydol)
+1 Claydol (More chances of coming out without having to search for it)
-1 Expert Belt (Prefer Speed, Feel Like It slows down the deck)
+1 Unown G (To protect any Pokemon, Mostly Claydol)
+1 Energy Gain (For Speed)
+1 Garchomp C Lv. X (More Healing, without having to poketurn)
+1 Switch (to retreat dialga and heal with garchomp)
The Strategy
Start with Dialga and Deafen lock early.
Garchomp to heal all Damage.
