here is my question
Dusknoir's Hard feelings attck states "Place 5 damage counters on the defending Pokemon. Then, count the number of prizes your opponent has taken, place 1 more damage counter on the defending Pokemon for each prize taken." Say I play PlusPower on him. Would that boost his attack or is it useless on him and therefore, for what it's worth, useless in my deck?
