I have a CC warm up tournament coming up Sat.. I tweaked my deck with some recent additions, but could use some more help.

Yeah, but Wynaut is only going to last at most 2 turns before you have to evolve it. And 2 is enough anyway.

Mewtwo ex is counterproductive. You want Gardevoir. 3 RS gard is good, because you want multiples out. Your ideal starter is Wynaut, but if you CAN'T get that, drop Dunsparce.

Use Oran to negate your 20 dmg. You can't have Oran and Balloon equipped, so drop for switch. Oracle should be used to get TV reporter+1 card. Topdeck TV, then draw what you need +2 cards. POR is more consistent, use that.
