You need to keep in mind that this deck is a "control" deck and it will appear "slow". This is more of board-control than beat-down. If you want better speed - build a "speed-aggro" deck.

As far as your list, it seems very common - as all other RL decks - plus/minus your-style (preference) cards.
The main suggestion I would have is going 2x Spin Tails and 1x Sand Damage.

Remember, this deck has always had a consistency issue, but most of the time can pull-out for the win - IF played right.

If you keep in mind that this is a "Board-Control" deck, you will feel more confident in its "speed".

Also - take out one ATMR ;)

One of the main problems I have had with Rock Lock is constancy like prevously stated if your main idea is two spinning tail them to death then consider dropping 1 or 2 ATM Rocks the 1 or 2 spaces can be added to help with consitancy and if played right you should be fine, something to try at least.

Actually, T2 does NOT pwn RL. It's about a 40% chance for RL to win, and a 60% chance for T2 stuff to win. I'm playing a RL right now that is 4-0 VS T2 decks.
