Any Cards in the current format(HL-on)that negates pokemon-powers????

I am making a deck to try and counter eeveelution decks so i nid some help
on cards that negate pokemon powers of both evolution and basic pokemon

the cards i know of so far are:

If im not wrong,what youre trying to say is counter energy evolution.Actually,People using eeveelution dont really use energy evo,but rather use the powers of the ex when they play it from theit hand.Therefore the cards u need to counter are those who shut down all poke powers such as cham ex.

Cham Ex doesn't prevent Ex Powers!

Maybe it was a result of stress due to the fact that i cant get a hold on a medicham ex >.<

Anyway,it is hard to stop eveelution ex's powers and the only way to kill them fast is by using their weakness or by killing eevee in the 1st place.Desert ruins might help too.Battle frontier can at least shut down umbreon ex
