See usually I don't have a hard time creating a pretty good deck out of the new cards, but the current release Supreme Victors got me stuck... I'm trying to make a deck that Includes both Absol G X and Electivire FB X, anyone have any ideas I'm totally stuck.

I have Absol for it's destrutive power and Electivire for it's amazing attack and energy recycle, meaning I can use doom news again the next turn, if they can't retreat it's killer. But there are always things that can always retreat, I would like to find an easy way to make it harder for them to retreat.

By the way I like to stay out of the norm and not use Uxie and Claydol D= I don't find them fun but if I have to use them to make my deck work then I will but I, really, don't wanna.

I'm not looking to get a deck list just a few suggestions to help me out, and get my brain clicking.

Thanks =D

((by the way if this isn't the place to post it then can you warn me ^^'))

I know this isn't what you want to hear but . . .

There is no good reason to run Electivire and Absol together.

Electivire works best (if it works at all, which it doesn't) in decks that need a lot of Energy in play.

Absol works best by using its Power repeatedly, and using its Darkness Slugger attack, which only needs 2 Energy or 1 plus Energy Gain to do 60 damage (more with Special Dark). Doom News is a terrible attack that will almost never work. You could make it harder to retreat by using Ariados MT, but even then they could always use PokeTurn, Super Scoop Up, Warp Point, or Switch.

or if they do retreat and not use any of the following cards you do what i do and run it with 4x dugtrios from platinum and they take 80 damage for retreating (8 damage counters on it)

I know thre're probably not the best pair, but like I said I don't like to be normal.

Thanks punyhuman07, that may work, I might give it a try

Electavire is all about having a tank pokemon. Absol needs 1-2. They don't work 100%

But seeing as you don't mind I guess I can give you some advice.

1: When playing an SP deck don't use Electavire's power.

2: Play Chatot G. Helps for Absol's power
