Well, I would advise that you consult the Professor List that Nintendo is now upkeeping. If there are any in Cincinnati (I know of 1, but he has recently moved to NC - good luck!), contact them to see if there is a local league that may be running under the radar. If you're interested in shouldering the burden yourself, find a card shop or chain store that may accomodate you. The places that will most likely accomodate you are shops that already run card game type events. The Cincinnati area is pretty much untapped League wise, as it was during the WotC days. It's going to take some local folks to get OP running down there again.
