Anyone ever try Leafeon RR as a tech in Feraligatr?

Still need some more key cards to be able to build it, but was wondering if anyone has tried it. If it's awful I probably wouldn't even bother.

Basically,retreat/switch/whatever your active, a damaged Feraligatr, Blastoise, Wailord, etc. Send out Leafeon as active, and next turn rain dance down energy and heal the damaged, retreated pokemon with Leafeon's Energy Refresh Body.

Thoughts?

It would be quite hard to consistently retreat and stuff, not to mention where the Energy will come from. SSU and Seeker would have to be used unless you find some kind of engine that recycles discarded energy or something.

True, but even if it's something you could even pull off once or twice a game. Being able to put a good dent into healing a belted 200 hp Wailord would be an incredible advantage.

I think it's a powerful combo if you use Leafeon X as main attacker and blastoise makes a nice backup attacker that'll hold it down until the next Leafeon can roll up.

If you can get that going it'd be quite nasty. Especially vs. Gdos because you'd have -40 water resistance if you use the MD leafeon. You'd also, heal off -30 with Dawn Stadium out if you use RR leafeon (-50 heal with energy force). This means that a Gdos would go down hard trying to KO you.
