Anyone good at translation?

I am sure if you ask the seller he could give you a translation as he is in Japan so she must know how to read it.:thumb: If you like i can get it for ya.
 
if u get one heads , you take one prize, 2 heads you take 2 prizes , 3 heads u take 3 prizes for each tails they take a prize and if u get 3 tails u lose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
 
Well he replied to me and here is his translation which he states he does not know the game so it really doesn't make sense to him:

Mike, its something like this. Throw a coin 3 times. From your trash pile, take the same number of cards as the number of heads. Show them to your opponent, then add the cards to the pile. Hope that made sense. I had to translate it myself and I dont play the game, so not sure if it makes sense.

So obviously it allowsyou to take a card out of your discard for each heads you get from the 3 rolls but what I still don't get is what does it mean to add the cards to the pile? Maybe it suppose to be your hand?
