Yes, there is a chance, but it depends on the scratching on the front. Based off of how the rest was taken care of, though, it oughta receive at least an 8 if graded.

Well, keep in mind that I'm still a lay person when it comes to condition inspection: What to my eyes could be an 8-9 might be to an experienced collector a 7, which means hundreds of dollars

The card looks to be at best a 7 with serious edge wear issues on the top edge of the back. There is no way to gage from the zoomed out and unclear pictures. It could very well be creased and you'd never know it.
