No you do not have to beat the Elite 4 I called all the Toys R Us near me and only 1 is doing it and its 4hrs away from lucky I have to be in the town the wensday so I going to get my then

That Arceus is nuts. It's own exclusive move it learns at lvl 100 Judgment and then the legendary dragon trio's exclusive moves Roar of Time (Dialga), Spacial Rend (Palkia) and Shadow Force (Giratina)

Note to Canadians: Anyone thought to send this link to the Toys R Us Canadian head office? Or perhaps start an online petition and post links to the petition in appropriate forums or on websites devoted to the game?
Maybe you don't believe this can make a difference? Kindly predict the outcome of complaining to those who can do nothing to amend the deficit and then not complaining to those who can. (See you back here, next special event, same complaint, NO resolution)

You go to the gaming section of the store, turn on your game and select "Mystery Gift". Then select "receive gift", and then "via wireless". Then it should search, and find him! Then all you have to do is pick him up at any Pokemart from the dude in the green suit. Just make sure you have a spot in your party first.:thumb: Enjoy your new Pokemon!
Also, there is usually a big sign there with all the instructions. A few of us walked over and got ours today.

Not all the TRUs have that sign. I had to wait in a line for 15 minutes just to find out that, yes, they were having the Pokemon download at my local TRU. No signage anywhere. The only thing that was remotely Pokemon signage was the demo station for MD: Sky.

So you could camp the entire day @TRU for ArKeus?
Also, just a friendly tip, CALL the store in your area to confirm the download. Ask a couple of people just to make sure and then make trip over. I heard lots of stories people go, only to find the trip pointless.
