Arceus Pull Rate

From what i've heard, not exactly "to" rare. I got 5 packs and pulled 2, dark and fighting. Plus you get the whole set in a booster box...so I would say within the border of uncommon-rare.
 
I heard the ratio is 1 Arceus card per 3 packs, that seemed to be what we had going on at our PR here in Wichita KS.

I got the Omni Arceus X in my 2nd pack, but didn't get a 2nd rare (which was odd as all other lv X's packed that day had a 2nd rare)
 
You should see at least 8 per booster box (more than likely a full set). I pulled 10 in one of my judge support boxes.

I guess you could call Arceus a "secret uncommon".

Ive seen two X's in one pack..One Tanglegrowth X and One Arecus Lv X..its pretty nuts.
 
I got 6 packs from the pre-release last weekend and pulled a LV.X Double Body Arceus and a Lightning version.
 
Sounds very similar to other sets with "special" cards in the set, like the EX sets that had the foil Basic Energy cards, where the ratio seemed to be 1:3, or with EX: Unseen Forces and the Unown (ratio seemingly 1:3). You probably also pull fewer reverse-holo rares in Platinum: Arceus for that matter, because when there are foil Basic Energy or special subsets of Pokemon, the "special" cards are always "rares," and most boxes seem to have close to a 12-12-12 ratio of reverses of commons, uncommons, and rares, respectively.

At least that's my hunch.
