All these decks have their own problems:
(1) Banette - self-defeating, and weak to Absol/Honchkrow
(2) Honchkrow- Electivire is a big threat, as would be Ray EX d (if someone could find an effective way to play it in this format), and Raichu (still good)
(3) Monarchy- not sure if this can withstand Banette
(4) Crobat- ditto
(5) Toxicroak/Blissey- probably the best of the bunch, IMO.

In example two, Ray δ Ex is played in R-Gon and E-Gon. E-Gon accels NRg so Ray is a perfect fit so is a Mew δ and Mew δ *.

look,im guna tell you the truth now.....mario jst isnt the play for cities.
i know im guna get bagged on by prime and all of his other followers...but im sorry to say..mario is just NOT GOOD.

honestly..ive tested mario....it doesnt work.
you have small hands(honchkrow will DEFINITLEY take advantage of this).

look jabberboy..if you wana win...look elsewhere..because mario isnt the path to winning.

here are a few deck choices to think of..

gardevoir gallade
honchkrow absol
honchkrow
wormadam
etc.

MARIO.dec isnt the play for cities,your right

1) the metagame has developed more
2) Its not as constitant as any other decks right now.It can T2 donk alot of decks,but then after that if it cant kill all the pokes quick,the game is over.

Dont get wrong,Blissey isnt the perfect play for cities either. Its not bad,but not a guarnteed play since the release of SW and when DP4 hits,it may not be the play for the rest of the season.
