Are Noble Victories legal this weekend?

Hello!
As most of you know, Europe will have some tournaments this weekend.
I'm curios to know which of those will have NV legal, as they will be out only tomorrow.

At least in France, NV is legal for Regionals this weekend.

We hold 3 Regionals this week-end, if American cards doesn't come at time this will be extremely fun. :/

I guess that is being decided by each country individually.

I do know that NV is NOT legal for Nottingham, UK this weekend.

NV is not legal in Germany and Austria until Nov 26th.

NVI is legal in The netherlands too at Regionals

NV is not legal at Moravian Regionals this weekend in Brno and in not legal until Czech Regionals 26.11.2011...the same reason as mentioned by NoPoke...

NV is legal for Regionals in Norway this weekend. It's good because it creates a more diverse format, and bad because we don't have enough time to accumulate cards.

In the UK it was a one weekend exception for the single Tier 2 event taking place that weekend. Had it been a Battle Road or City the exception would not have been made.
