Are there any banned cards for Unlimited play?

As far as I know, there aren't any cards banned for the Unlimited format. However, at a recent tournament, I've been told that Sneasel (of Neo Genesis) is banned. I was under the impression that this was an old ruling meant to effect previous versions of the Modified format. So, my questions:

a) Is Sneasel banned in Unlimited?

b) Are there any other cards banned in the Unlimited format?

a. No, it's not banned in Unlimited

b. Only Ancient Mew and Happy Birthday Pikachu, and no one plays them anyway.

Note that this applies only to sanctioned tournaments. If the tournament was not sanctioned, the Organizer is free to ban whatever cards they want.
