Are these rare? fake? I'm clueless!

I was at a carboot sale/yard sale and I bought a ton of mixed Pokemon cards and amongst th pile I came across these...

I can't find any others like this...(with silver writing on the picture) so I'm undecided whether there 'rare' or 'fake'!!

There not holo of any kind.. but they out rims as you can see in the picture are silver!!

They're cards from a WC (World Championships) deck, decks which are packaged by the company and sold as a product. Most singles from them are hardly worth anything.

They're 'real' cards; they were printed by Nintendo, but you cannot play with them in an Unlimited format tournament. They are from World Championship decks. Those decks were copies of the highest placing players' decks at Worlds during a certain season. The signature of the player of the deck was printed onto each card and they were given a silver border plus a 'World Championship' back.

They aren't worth much at all.
